Goes without saying - the views are breathtaking! From the boulders to the golf courses - serene and gorgeous! Loved our casita - and our view from our back porch of the golf course. The staff were unbelievable - best we've ever had anywhere. From friendly valets who drove you around the resort in golf carts to front desk, concierge and restaurant staff. Never have experienced the warm, "welcome to our home' hospitality at this level before. We had debated using our Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare points at another location but chose to pay for this instead based on reviews and photos. BEST DECISION!! Loved it so much we're bringing our kids and their spouses for another trip.

The location is amazing!!! Beautiful views wherever you look. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was very clean and beautiful. The lighting was very relaxing. The only complaint we have is that we were under the impression it was a smoke free environment, however we smelled cigarette, cigar and weed many times and at all times of the day and night. We even saw a man smoking IN the pool and put his cigarette out on the pool deck🥴. This was definitely disappointing. Otherwise we would have given a five star rating. The food was amazing and the staff top notch.

Positive: The natural desert setting of the property is spectacular Negative: The staff are not trained to provide 5 star service. The gold cart drivers in particular are casual to the point of rudeness and act like they are doing you a favor. Both pools need resurfacing.

This resort is phenomenal! Room was very clean and comfortable with amazing scenery. Resort staff were very friendly. Dylan was the absolute best - gave us lots of recommendations for things to do in the area and was very helpful and kind! Our group had a great time. Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Our stay was amazing! The only reason I am giving a two star review is because we were under the impression the resort is smoke free, however, we smelled cigarette, cigar and weed numerous times throughout our stay. We even saw a man smoking IN the pool and proceed to put it out on the pool deck( and NO he did not clean it up). Very disappointing🥴

It was our first visit to Boulders Resort & Spa. The location was perfect, the views were astounding, the people and service were outstanding, and while the single casita was nice the door shades for the patio and the wall art behind the bed were very dusty and didnt appear that they had been dusted for a very long time, the bottom of the wall in the shower had what appeared to be mold, the mattress and mattress pad were dirty and old and needed to be replaced vs cleaned, and on our final night there was a huge roach on the wall in our room. When customers make reservations and the room# is assigned the property needs to ensure that everything is cleaned properly and that anything needing to be replaced is replaced. Attention to detail is extremely important. These items took away from our initial experience at the property and make us question our desire to stay here again.

Boulders erroneously charged me almost $1,000 TWICE for my 3 day stay! Paid through the Chase Rewards system, then at checkout, a front desk staffer charged me again using on my card on file. Without my authorization! She couldn't even provide an adequate response as to why I had been charged again, there was no manager to speak to on a Tuesday morning and I was given a phone number for accounts payable that just rings endlessly! Trying to resolve this has been made impossible because this property is completely mismanaged and unprofessional. My bank sided with me in the dispute because they cannot contact an accountant for a proper conversation. Sure enough after weeks of working to correct this issue, Boulders added the second charge to my card again. I make travel content and I rate this place the worst place I've stayed in Arizona. I'd advise you to book elsewhere. TLDR; not a 4 star hotel, completely mismanaged.

An one of kind amazing experience the boulders resort! World class, a beautiful view on every corner. Golf cart rides no longer than a 5 minute wait. Enjoyed just walking around feeling good vibes from check in to check out. We will be doing this again so soon. We are locals to the area within 45 minutes. During summer perfect for my partner of 16 years. Not to mention i think we found place we wanna get married.
